My name is Alex Nelson. I started this company after working at another MSP, where I noticed something big: small businesses needed serious IT support, but no one was serving them. Medium and large companies are well served and have lots of options...small businesses, not so much. I saw a gap—and I filled it. That is how TechNeeds came to be.
I’m not a big team or a faceless help desk. It’s just me. That’s intentional. When you hire me, you’re getting 10+ years of professional IT experience, including time at Microsoft, time at Maverick, and a tech degree.
