How We Started
Tech Needs was built out of a simple observation: small businesses often require the same quality of IT support as larger companies, but rarely have access to it. While working at another Managed Service Provider, I noticed small businesses getting overlooked or forced into oversized, expensive solutions. I started Tech Needs to bridge that gap—bringing enterprise-level IT services to local businesses at a price that respects their budget.

Building Trust
I’ve worked in IT for more than 10 years, starting at Microsoft working my way from help desk to several tier two and tier three teams to eventual working with the outlook engineering team. I transitioned to Maverik and then to another MSP that sold their business. I stay current by learning every week, because technology never sits still.
